Welcome to Concrete Jungle!

As some of you may notice we've had a MAJOR character clear up on site. We're now leading the way for a more active site. We'd like to give a big welcome to the newer members of the site and we hope you enjoy your time here :) The admins here at Concrete Jungle are always trying to make this a fun and comfortable place for YOU the members, so if you have any ideas or suggestions please feel free to pm us! Okay so just to make it clear for everyone joining in these are the rules and regulations for the battle of the bands competition:

  • This competition is for small, armature bands, it is not suitable if your band has a record contract.
  • Bands only! No solo acts! Its battle of the BANDS!
  • This is aimed at teenagers, ages averaging generally between 16 and 21 though if you are part of a band with younger members as well thats fine.
  • This competition comes with a highly prestigious title, as well as a pretty title and a nice $10,000 of prize money and the chance to record a demo.
  • As well as the judges who hold high power in the industry, this competition will be littered with agents and record company executives.
  • There will be a 'Knock out round' before the actual competition.
  • There's no such thing as a last minute addition in these competitions. They're highly organized and well rehearsed. Therefore you must be in a band that is part of the site.
  • When signing up you must join a band that is already a part of the site unless you ask permission of the admins before hand. Please be aware if there are 6 bands lacking members we will not be keen on adding new bands till they fill up.
